The Security Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Working with corporate security staff and customer programs to ensure compliance with company and customer security policies, processes and regulations, personnel security (PERSEC) activities, process clearance/access and visit requests, review and issue DD254s, conduct new hire, initial, special and debriefings as needed, issue facility access devices, create and conduct security awareness briefings, prepare, receive and ship classified material, conduct self-inspections and reviews and investigate non-compliance issues.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate and liaison with all levels of company personnel and develop a rapport and work closely with program leadership.  
  • Candidate will work closely with KEYW’s FSO, CSSO and other company ACSSOs to ensure collateral and SCI administrative activities are implemented and completed in accordance with the NISPOM and requisite ICDs and other customer regulations.


Minimum requirements include:

  • TS/SCI and CI Poly
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience with NISP


Effective Communication Skills (written and oral) – must be able to communicate status and other relevant information regarding candidates/cleared personnel to customers and leadership and conduct briefings/debriefings/training


Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information. Candidate will have access to personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive information. This information must be maintained within secure channels, not released to anyone without a need for the information, and handled in accordance with company/customer regulations.


Must be able to access and utilize company and government databases for the administration of individual clearances, i.e., SIMS, JPAS. Familiarization with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is preferred.
