We need a person with a unique talent for coordinating the challenges that arise as this new suite rolls out, liaising with our user communities around the globe to ensure that every need is addressed.  Coordinating with the engineering teams, senior management, and customer communities to ensure that issues get resolved is at the core of this role. 


You will be highly visible, and will be improving the lives of tens of thousands of people supporting our customer’s mission.


Required Qualifications:

  • Help Desk and/or IT customer service experience.
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, defining, and coordinating user, customer and stakeholder needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem solving technical and non-technical issues (e.g. equipment, systems, networks, computer operations, etc.).
  • 8 Years of job related experience and an Bachelor’s Degree.        

Desired Qualifications:

  • Basic experience with SharePoint site development.
  • Experience with the Sponsor and/or Program Stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ESMT.
  • ITIL Foundations Desired - Certification.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Project Management (EPM).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance is required.
