The candidate will work in support of the US Army Intelligence School of Excellence (USAICoE) Chief Information Officer/G6 (CIO/G6) in support of training and training related operations, located primarily at Fort Huachuca, AZ. �The duties and responsibilities of the candidate may include but are not limited to the following: � The candidate shall provide automated and White Cell scripting exercise support, as required, to USAICoE courses Capstone Training Exercises, practical exercises, and other training events that require stimulation of C4IM training systems across the USAICoE training/mission systems architecture. � The candidate shall draft, prepare, and maintain documents related to Modeling, Simulation and Exercise Support including, but not limited to; procedures, plans, Operations Orders, Operations Plans, �Road-to War� documents, Master Scenario Events Lists, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Plans, Tactics Techniques and Procedures documentation, simulation �Probability of Hit/Probability of Kill� ratio tables, descriptive documents and best business practices, as missions and exercises require. All documents must be submitted to the Government for review and approval prior to final publication and/or implementation, and must be in accordance with the supported course Terminal Learning Objectives. � The candidate shall perform systems, database administration, management and maintenance on USAICoE training systems, including but not limited to program of record battle simulations systems, Virtual and Constructive battle simulation networks and systems, and other hardware and software, as required by the mission. �These systems include, but are not limited to Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM), WARSIM Intelligence Model, and Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer, and other federated systems under the Army�s Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability. � The candidate shall perform research, analysis, liaison, monitoring, and documentation of exercise functions, solution sets, and all other events pertaining to exercise operations. � The candidate shall provide subject matter expertise for exercise control, data, and event integration for all Intelligence Warfighting Function disciplines and core functions/competencies while answering requests for information, creating �on-the-fly� message traffic, providing simulation and synchronization support, and releasing message traffic to end-users.� � The candidate shall archive all data generated and processed during exercise, clear all exercise systems of all exercise data upon completion, and return all systems to the exercise baseline.� � The candidate shall participate in all exercise meetings and provide IT and computing services for Exercise Execution.� � The candidate shall work with Exercise Trainers to develop new threads of message ingestion and to fix any identified errors on the existing message traffic. � � � The position is contingent upon proposal award.
