Overview

Sotera, a KeyW company is looking for Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC) CAT I Instructor.�The HUMINT Training-Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) trains U.S. Military and U.S. Government personnel in basic and advanced HUMINT collection operations, based on DoD requirements. The contractor shall administer and develop the Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC) and the Source Operations Course (SOC). At a minimum, this will include developing, updating, and maintaining lesson plans, training materials, tests, student handouts, and critical task lists; providing TDC input; developing schedules and test training support packages; incorporating lessons learned into POIs; and recommending POI improvements based on approved Government doctrine and TTP. � This is for a proposal effort in Sierra Vista, AZ.� All candidates must have an active TS/SCI level security clearance. � The Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC) CAT I Instructor�will: - Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of courseware for their assigned instructional discipline, practical exercise, demonstration, or Field Training Exercise (FTX) as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of course material. - Assist in evaluation, counseling, and remedial training of SOC and DATC students. Analyze student performance in the course and recommend individualized training for improving student performance. - Assist in management and administrative support of practical exercises, demonstrations, and Field Training Exercises. Assist in the development and execution of realistic training scenarios and exercises that support modules of the course. Design scenarios, roles, and exercises to adhere to government approved formats, to maximize student participation and to directly link to course material. - Adhere to realistic government approved roles, and remain in role throughout the designated exercise IAW with course SOP. Evaluate student performance during platform, FTX and Final Evaluation training events in accordance with (IAW) government approved critical task list, POI and relevant Organizational SOPs (OSOP), policies and guidelines. - Deliver the government approved SOC and DATC POI (platform, operations training base/operations management team, practical exercise, field exercise, and evaluation phases) to the students as prescribed by the government and IAW HT-JCOE Instructor OSOP and course SOPs. - Assess performance of the students using government approved evaluation forms, matrixes, and rubrics and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

� - Valid civilian driver�s license with ability to drive a government and/or rental vehicle. Physically capable of sustained walking without a break for a minimum of two miles over uneven ground. - Graduate of at least one of the following: ASOTC, FTC or DATC, or an equivalent legacy course.� - Minimum of two years of experience conducting MSO at the Category 1 level or equivalent with a total of six years of source operations experience.� - Bachelor�s Degree, or may consider experience and certifications in combination with Associates Degree. � - Active DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance. � This is for a propopsal effort #CB
