  • Responsibilities


    CNOQC Facilitator shall answer student questions and assist in resolving issues related to the student experience. The facilitator will verify automated grading is properly functioning and review grades before releasing them.

    The Level 2 CNO Qualifications Course Facilitator (Unix) shall possess the following capabilities:

    • Effectively communicate. Be adept at effectively communicating to a broad range of individuals from varied backgrounds. 
    • Ability to review automated graded activities quickly and determines if grading was applied appropriately. 
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot students’ issues with virtual learning courses. 
    • Demonstrate appropriate professional conduct in performance of duties. 





    Required Skills:

    • Shall possess 10 years of cumulative technical experience in Engineering (Electrical / Software / Network) design, development, deployment, operations, training or maintenance.
    • At least 3 years’ experience with most commonly used software programming languages (to include but not limited to Python, JAVA, HTML, PERL) is required.
    • The candidate shall be experienced in system design to include those pertaining to general networking systems, software tool development, and technical writing.
    • Shall have at least 5 years of experience in Engineering (Electrical / Software / Network) design, development, deployment, operations, training or maintenance expertise with the Unix (Solaris 8+, Red Hat 5+, FreeBSD 8+) operating systems and security features (SELinux, iptables, process accounting).

    Location:  Hanover, MD   


    Degree:  Bachelor's degree in a related field,


    Clearance:  Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph.  Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
