KeyW is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager

A background in leading state of the art IT mission systems, with highly talented individuals is key to your success in this role. With a full understanding of IT lifecycle management, you will be leading some of the most critical IT capabilities for our customer. With your strong understanding of agile management practices across 7-10 delivery teams working in a collaborative way with our customer, you will drive the next generation of technical initiatives. While delivering for the customer, you are also driving strong P&L for our company sector with your seasoned approach to staffing and cost controls. You don’t shy away from a challenge to increase revenues and profits, and are always thinking how to deliver the next value proposition for the customer and the company. You are a thought leader, a mentor, a techie whose passion is to facilitate success for over 100 employees reporting through you. You motivate you team to meet challenging deadlines and mission requirements.
Individuals must have a strong understanding of full IT lifecycle management, supporting government organizations to include deep familiarity with Scrum based projects. The successful individual will be responsible for the complete oversight over 7-10 development teams, infrastructure teams, cloud operations and engineering teams, as well as program support personnel.
Seasoned candidates must also have a proven track record delivering P&L with revenue lines totaling over $20 million annually. You are directly responsible for delivering CDRL based items for the customer to include monthly status reports, quarterly program management reviews, and other deliverables as determined by the contractual terms.
Candidates will also be responsible for subcontractor relationships, will be involved in the development of new company relationships when strategically.
The Program Manager will:
Direct project team personnel, manage cost and schedule, ensure contract compliance, and serve as customer interface is a must and will be a significant driving factor in the success of the program.
Organize and oversee all functions and activities necessary to perform the program to meet customer requirements

Ability to adjust resource estimation, tracking progress and planning/re-planning based on realities of the team velocity and potential changes in product owner priorities
Include leading a portfolio of agile software development activities through deployment, operations and sustainment.
Experience managing or leading within a capacity-based contract model is desired.
Successful planning and implantation according to cost, schedule and scope requirements balanced against customer priorities.
Management of cross functional and geographically diverse teams to deliver high-quality project outputs on time and within budget.
Ability to ensure appropriate management, customer and vendor involvement throughout the life of the project.
You will be the principal conduit/liaison between the company and the customer. Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills. Individuals will be responsible for communication with a multitude of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
