    KeyW is seeking a Receptionist for our Herndon, VA location.  This position is responsible for providing professional administrative support for corporate employees and assisting with support of company executives. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong coordination/multi-tasking capabilities, the ability to manage time and adapt quickly to changing demands and strong Microsoft Office skills.  Candidate must possess ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.  Candidate must be detail-oriented and demonstrate high quality performance standards and initiatives.  This is a full-time position that requires punctuality and professionalism.

    Responsibilities

    This position interacts with the executive team, employees and visitors on a regular basis; works independently, but provides status updates to supervisor for approval and feedback; works exceptionally well with others to ensure that processes are performed properly; works well as part of a team, but is expected to take the initiative to complete tasks as needed; requires someone who possesses professionalism when interacting with others, who is able to maintain professional relationships and exhibit accountability.

    Qualifications

    • Qualified candidate will be detail oriented in all tasks with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Will provide back up support and coverage to Executive Assistant including directly supporting Executives as needed
    • Must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Will also provide ongoing support to the Recruiting Operations team to include assisting with employee referrals, running reports, documenting process’s, etc.
    • Will provide general reception support including:
    • greeting visitors
    • meeting coordination
    • assisting with large mailings
    • mail distribution
    • executive kitchen maintenance and replenishment of supplies
    • High School plus advanced training, and 1 - 2 years of experience
    • High School plus advanced training, and 1 - 2 years of experience
