KeyW Corporation is currently seeking a Principal ITSM/ITIL Subject Matter Expert with a current Top Secret clearance located in Washington, D.C.
The Principal ITSM/ITIL Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for:
Preferred for ITSM/ITIL: Subject Matter Expert with ITIL Expert or Master certification
Serves as the principal subject matter expert on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) focused Information Technology Services Management (ITSM) for the OCIO. Assists the OCIO Support Services Transformation Office (SSTO) to help guide the FBI towards a service delivery model by performing ITSM Services engagements, as directed by SSTO management, including workshops, assessments, service Improvement programs and other consulting services.
Delivers high quality consulting services in both large scale project environments and smaller staffed engagements. Engages IT and mission/business executives in discussions related to availability, agility, business value, costs, security management, disaster recovery, and the value of services and process in an enterprise environment. Provides significant knowledge transfer and sharing best practices with team members to help enhance the quality and efficiency of customer service and process management. Proactively establishes effective working relationships with divisions throughout the FBI by working through appropriate channels. Works to establish strong relationships with OCIO and other internal IT resources as appropriate. Works with the SSTO Unit Chief to identify and pursue opportunities to transform existing IT-focused technology functions into IT services.
Applies advanced operations analysis skills and experience in principals of ITIL/MOF, Project Management, Six Sigma, ISO20000, BS15000, and CMM to define appropriate customer solutions. Provides expert relevant guidance relying on both ITIL v3 experience and expert ITSM/ITIL certification and applies excellent organization, communication, project management, problem solving skills along with proven business acumen to help drive organizational transform.

10 years of overall experience
Eight years’ experience with the design, execution, and oversight of large- scale information technology (IT) projects. This includes over three years of direct experience in the design and development of integrated enterprise- wide Commercial- Off- the- Shelf (COTS) and Government- Off- the- Shelf (GOTS) software and hardware solutions in the private or public sector.
Functional Responsibility: Leads the design of complete enterprise-wide IT solutions which incorporate technical infrastructure, hardware, and software. Identifies necessary interfaces between enterprise solution applications and legacy IT environment. Supports all program/project planning and milestone development. Supports business case analysis and identification of alternative solutions and resulting business impacts.
Minimum Education: Master’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
