Minimum of Ten (10) years of IT service management/program management experience.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with cross-functional teams, staff of all levels and management and leadership of a minimum of fifty (50) resources.
Experience overseeing and executing ITIL operations processes including, but not limited to incident management, problem management, resource management, and change management.
Experience developing and providing SLAs and service desk deliverables.
Experience using service desk metrics to measure performance and customer satisfaction.
Experience with a large ITSM tool (BMC Footprints, ServiceNow, Remedy, Force, CAUnicenter)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively to customers, peers and subordinates.
Maintains overall authority for the task order and for management of all services and personnel.
Act as liaison between the contractor support team and the government management team performing all services covered under the contract.
Maintains organizational, technical, and contractual authority over the program team to support the technical requirements of the customer and their end users.
Develops and maintains business management policies and procedures for all task areas.
Coordinates program activities including, but not limited to, cost estimating and reporting; financial oversight; subcontractor management; deliverable schedule and reports; and expenditure reports.
Appoints management leads to present oversight and direction for day-to-day activities.
Monitors contractual obligations such as AQLs, proper use of government property, and small business compliance.
Leads the risk management efforts for the program; conducts earned value analysis; and effects change management efforts for the program.
Interacts continually with the client to ensure expectations are met, present interim results, discuss concerns, and ensures total product/service satisfaction.
Ability to work in a dynamic changing agile environment with tight deadlines.
Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed.
Familiarity with ISO 17025 and CMMI III quality standards
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
Minimum of seven (7) years of prior technical experience preferably in system administration, networking and/or security.
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Having worked with a federal Government agency is a plus.
ITIL v3 certification (Foundations or higher).
Clearance Requirement: This position requires a Public Trust clearance. Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
