  • Overview

    We are seeking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team! Our division is a small subset of the company, comprised of engineers of various disciplines organized into product development teams. If you are a highly motivated engineer who enjoys a challenging and dynamic environment where your contributions to a small team are both critical and valued, this company will provide you the tools and opportunity to flourish (and have some fun while you are at it).  You will have the opportunity to delve into all levels of electronic assembly: from bare die to printed circuit board manufacturing and surface mount technology to integration of final assemblies.




    • Develop and execute manufacturing process validation plans.
    • Assemble highly miniaturized electronic assemblies including bare die placement, surface mount technology, and final integration.
    • Design and qualify complex tooling to facilitate product assembly.
    • Design and conduct laboratory experiments to evaluate material selections and/or advanced electronic packaging manufacturing processes.





    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
    • 5+ years of experience in electronics assembly and packaging.
    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, microelectronic, or manufacturing engineering with focus on mechanical design.
    • Must have good interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
    • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
    • Experience with methodically resolving complex production-related failures.
    • Hands-on manufacturing experience.




    • Ability to understand projects are scalable based on customer needs and requirements.
    • Familiarity with printed circuit board fabrication.
    • Experience creating and executing DOE (design of experiments).
    • Machine shop experience.
    • 3D Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) experience.
