    NCTC Watch/Anti terrorism Officer Position

    • Ability to develop and nurture partnerships across organizational boundaries and at all levels;
    • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; excellent organization, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; sound judgment, flexibility, and creative problem solving skills; demonstrated strong customer service focus;
    • Ability to interact successfully with all organizational levels, from junior employees to senior managers; prior work in interagency or joint command environment; independent working skills, demonstrated capability to deal with personnel at all levels in government, industry, and academia.
    • Experience handling and delegating competing priorities; ability to quickly assess the significance of current developments, and capability to brief senior consumers in a dynamically changing environment are crucial.
    • Working  with the Department of Defense and other agencies or commands, provides operational and staff support to antiterrorism, force protection and emergency management programs, including Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Continuity of Government (COG) Plans, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) Plans, the Shelter-in Place (SIP) Programs, and other programs as required. Conducts risk management activities by systematically identifying, assessing, and managing risks arising from operational factors and making recommendations to the government to enable decisions that balance risk and cost with mission benefits. Develops, and recommends to the government, AT/FP policies and procedures to include AT plans, AT/FP Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate security measures. Prepares formal plans, procedures, risk and vulnerability assessments, reviews and assessments of protection profile requirements and capabilities. Collaborates with internal and external counterparts and agencies.  Represents AT/FP management functions in various meetings, engagements, and activities with internal and external agencies


    • 2 years or more of operational or analytic experience in intelligence community, military, or law enforcement fields
    • An internship or recent experience supporting the Intelligence Community is required
    • Candidates must have familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments
    • Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi-level security setting.
    • Experience working jointly with the Intelligence Agencies is desired
    • Familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments is desired
    • Must be comfortable working within a panama shift environment, two weeks of days, two weeks of nights, 3 days on and 2 days off
    • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required
