  • Overview

     

    We are Innovative Space, a rapidly growing business within the Surveillance and Exploration Sector of KeyW that is leading the design and development of next generation satellite payloads and ground processing systems. We have the corporate investment, infrastructure, subject matter experts, and strategic focus to enable you to be successful.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and win new business in next-generation RF space systems technology across a diverse customer base.
    • Develop white papers, proposals, and briefings.
    • Work with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans.
    • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other events as required. 

    Qualifications

     

     

     

    Required:

     

    • ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A TS/SCI CLEARANCE.
    • Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, math, or a related discipline.
    • 11+ years experience in business development.
    • Experience with business development for space flight payloads or space systems.
    • Broad understanding of current and future space systems and technologies.
    • Experience leading, coordinating, and presenting at meetings.
    • Understanding of market trends, competitive assessments, win themes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     

    Preferred:

     

    • Experience working with highly innovative engineers and scientists.
    • Training or certification in business development processes.

     

    Location: Severn, MD and/or Herndon, VA. The work can be done in either location.
