  • Overview


    Develop, coordinate and maintain production planning and scheduling.





    • Develop, coordinate and maintain detailed MS project schedules.
    • Maintain and plan material procurement according to project schedule, process requisitions, track material receipts, expedite materials. Will maintain up-to-date pricing for manufacturing bill of materials.
    • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing and production and other applicable departments to achieve optimum utilization of resources in meeting production schedules.
    • Develop or modify project schedules into an overall master program schedule. Provides input to management regarding problems such as shortages, design changes, backlogs and the like. Maintains all appropriate paperwork.






    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 2-5  years’ experience production planning, including a working knowledge of manufacturing activities, purchasing/material requisitioning, production processes and engineering.




    • Efficient at MS Office, MS Project and Excel.
    • Effective verbal and written communication.
    • Experience in pricing and scheduling.
    • Ability to show initiative and deal with fast-paced environment.
    • Technical knowledge of electronic packaging components and manufacturing processes.
    • MS Project Certification or completion of MS Project training.
    • CPIM Certification in Production and Inventory Management.
