    KeyW Corporation is currently seeking a Configuration Management Specialist with a current TS/SCI clearance located in Springfield, VA


    The role of the Configuration Manager is to establish and maintain the integrity and control of program software, hardware and documentation products throughout its life cycle.


    The Configuration Management Specialist will be responsible for:

    • Identifying the configuration of the software, hardware and program documentation at given points in time, systematically controlling changes to the configuration, and maintaining the integrity and traceability of the configuration
    • Configuration change control of technical documentation information, including test documentation, architecture drawings, software baseline configuration of each system
    • Conducting hardware cconfiguration reviews and audits that assess the status of the documentation
    • Formalized recording and reporting of the established configuration documents, the status of proposed changes, and the status of the implementation of approved changes.
    • Maintaining the CM Library located on NGA IDE to include
    • Status Accounting
      • Identify and document the functional and physical characteristics of a system, software, hardware, or operational component so that these relationships may be managed, maintained, controlled, and assured control changes to those characteristics
      • Record and report the status of proposed changes and the status of the implementation of approved changes
      • Disseminate baseline information to the project personnel, and establish and maintain a status accounting and reporting system that records the baseline, authorized changes to the baseline, and verification of changes incorporated into the documentation and/or product in the NGA IDE Project area
      • Review and audit the CM process to assure the process and the adequacy of control
      • •Establish a specific hierarchy of information for both non-deliverables and deliverables items
      • Liaison with the program Hand Receipt Holder and the NGA Defense Property Accounting System Representative for program related hardware
    • Working as an integrated member of the engineering and development teams to verify standardized and integrated CM procedures

    Tracks all CM- related Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Test Problem Reports (TPRs) as well as facilitating Engineering Review Boards (ERB) meeting Configuration Control Boards and producing meeting minutes


    Minimum requirements include:

    • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience
    • TS/SCI clearance


    This position requires that the candidate possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
