    KeyW is a Leading hardware engineering and manufacturing company for the Intelligence, Cyber, and Counterterrorism Communities’ toughest challenges. We are currently seeking out a Configuration Manager to join our team support our EDSP and SPSD projects within KeyW!

     

    The Engineering Development and Special Projects (EDSP) Division focuses specifically on the Intelligence Community and DoD missions and provides electronics solutions in the areas of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Tagging Tracking & Locating (TTL) and specially customized communications technologies. These are designed to meet demanding requirements in challenging environments that are critical to the success of the mission.

     

    The KeyW Sensors and Processing Systems Division (SPSD) develops highly flexible software-defined radios for airborne multi-INT collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination over extremely wide areas. We have the corporate investment, infrastructure, subject matter experts, and strategic focus to enable you to be successful.

     

    Our division is a small subset (<100) of the company comprised of engineers of various disciplines that are assembled to address our customer’s needs. This small company atmosphere of multidisciplinary engineers provides the perfect haven to demonstrate your current skillset on the most challenging problems while also having multiple opportunities to expand that skillset and your career.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Coordinate and perform Configuration Management functions not only to setup and manage the process, but execute the archiving, verification of drawings/data and insure documents are properly configured/controlled.
    • Manage and implement procedures that insure release and control of data and project deliverables.
    • Prepare Configuration Management processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Track and control changes in product hardware and software baselines.
    • Maintain product version release documentation.
    • Maintain status records, recording disposition of decisions from customer review.
    • Perform data management activities.
    • Participate in continuous process improvement.
    • Assist in conducting configuration audits.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Required:

     

    • ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECURITY CLEARANCE
    • Minimum five (5+) years of configuration management experience.
    • Experience with configuration management of hardware design, mechanical design, and production hardware.
    • Experience with version/source control.
    • Working knowledge of configuration management and data management principles.
    • Working knowledge of software and hardware lifecycles.
    • Must have good interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
    • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.

     

    Preferred:

     

    • Familiarity with configuration management for complex systems and flight hardware.
    • Ability to understand projects are scalable based on customer needs and requirements.
