KeyW is actively seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst to support operations in our Hanover, MD office.
The Benefits Analyst administers and maintains KeyW benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits as required. Develops and/or administers any of the company's employee benefits programs. These benefits may include all or part of the following: vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical/dental coverage, long-term disability, group life insurance, supplemental retirement programs, savings programs, unemployment, and leaves of absence. Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters. Compiles and maintains benefits records and documents. Also may provide counseling and oversee communications of benefits to employees. Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of benefit trends and/or vendor management to ensure plans are competitive and current. Responds to employees inquiries and assists employees with benefits enrollment and problem resolution with carrier. Analyzes current benefits, evaluates usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs and identifies the company’s stance. Gathers employee data and processes monthly billings and prepares vouchers for payment of administrative fees for all group plans. Prepares employee communications, including new hire orientation and open enrollment materials. Prepares and ensures compliance with applicable government regulations and reporting. Coordinates the annual audit.
