Key W Corp is currently seeking a Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) Supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A).
The CRM provides collection requirements management support to analysts focused on counterterrorism and other threats to the homeland. The CRM coordinates with collection requirements managers to synchronize requirements and will be required to use multi-discipline, multi-agency, on-line tasking and reporting systems and be familiar with various automated requirements management systems. The CRM will assist analysts in drafting, reviewing and editing new and existing collection requirements and needs to be familiar with HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT and GEOINT collection methodologies. The CRM tracks all incoming and outgoing requests, and responses, entering the data in an online tracking system.
Minimum requirements include:
Homeland Security State and Local Intelligence Community of Interest (HS-SLIC), Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), Requirements Management System (RMS), HUMINT Tasking, Collection, Production, Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) cycle. Automated Message Handling System (AMHS), CRATE, OSCAR-MS, NSPR, CREAT-MS, CDIR, NSRP TRIDENT, CHROME, TECS, TIDE, Lexis Nexus, HOTR, JWICS, HSDN, and MS Office Suite
Preference will be given to applicants possessing current DHS suitability and maintain an understanding of the DHS Mission, the National Strategy for Information Sharing, Criminal Intelligence Systems, Operating Policies (28 CFR Part 23), Executive Order 12333, Presidential Policy Directive -21, the Intelligence Community, the intelligence cycle, and all-source intelligence disciplines
