KeyW is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive knowledge recruiting highly cleared candidates in the Intelligence Community.  The individual will be responsible for managing the delivery of full life cycle recruiting with the intelligence community for both direct work and new business development proposals.  Successful candidate should have experience recruiting the following skills sets within the intelligence community:  Systems Engineering, Software Developers, Cyber, IT/Systems, Intelligence Analysts, IT/Systems. 


Successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building a network of highly clearance candidates, identifying candidates for direct opportunities, interviewing and negotiating offers.  The candidate will also be responsible for working with internal clients on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruiting strategies in order to building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and identify candidates for direct opportunities.  Candidate should have a strong knowledge of the VA and MD cleared markets.


Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Effective candidate sourcing skills in the cleared candidate market.
  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting activities from initial job identification and posting, sourcing and screening, interviewing to offer negotiation.
  • Leverage recruiting resources and networking to identify highly cleared candidates within the intelligence community.
  • Partner with internal hiring managers to ensure awareness of all proposal activities, staffing plans and competitive landscape. 
  • Work to ensure continual improvement of the recruiting strategies.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience. 
  • Effective candidate sourcing skills in the cleared candidate market with extensive experience in the Intellignece Community.
  • Experience building a network to capture passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of OFCCP regulations and extensive experience with Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Task Orders/IDIQ labor market.

Degree:  Bachelor's degree and minimum of 10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience. 

Clearance Requirement: Top Secret security clearance preferred but not required.
